By using our website and booking services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Booking and Payment
All event bookings must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance.
Advance payment (partial or full) is required to confirm your booking.
Any remaining balance must be paid before or at the time of service.
Menu and Changes
Final menu selections must be provided no later than 48 hours before the event.
Last-minute changes are subject to availability and additional charges.
Service and Conduct
Mian Cateries staff will maintain professional behavior during events.
Clients are expected to treat staff with respect and provide necessary access and arrangements for smooth service.
Limitation of Liability
We strive for perfection but are not responsible for any unforeseen circumstances like delays due to weather, traffic, or other external factors.
